3 simple steps
1. Book a free 15 minute consultation so that we can see if my service is right for you.

2. Attend an initial consultation. We'll cover a lot, looking at all aspects of your health and wellbeing. Sessions are offered online, or in-person for those local to Penela, Central Portugal. (Click here for local clinic.) Online sessions cost €150/120 minutes.​

3. At follow-up appointments we'll check that you're making the right progress, discuss any new information and adapt accordingly.
