1. Medical Freedom: Become Your Own Healer

The world appears to be flooded with experts and yet we remain uninformed.​

​We are moving out of a heirarchical information age, where 'expertise' has been bought, sold and thrown out with the latest trends.​

​

The world is recognising the need for a more holistic approach; a shift in focus back to the individual and tailored solutions.​

​

In order to live a full and healthy life, it is essential to gain an intuitive medical awareness, listen to your body and developing the knowledge and skills required to feel free and empowered.

​​​Feeling empowered is essential to overcoming Lost Soul Syndrome and as part of that ethos, this website provides free information and resources to raise awareness and understanding of the condition. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

​​Guidance sessions focus on becoming self-sufficient, with the individual taking ownership of their own health, in preference over outsourcing health issues and relinquishing control, which is disempowering in itself. â€‹â€‹

2. Change Your Mind: Empower Yourself
Overcome unnecessary suffering and find parts of yourself that you didn't know existed.

​We generally perceive ourselves through the stories that we tell ourselves and ruminate around themes, which can instill limiting beliefs and prevent us from moving forward in life. It is important to challenge these beliefs and develop alternative perspectives, to facilitate change and feel more positive about who we are.

When we associate ourselves with limiting thoughts, it can be difficult to break free from them or see things from another perspective. Discussing these aspects is a central process during guidance sessions and symptoms resolve as these ideas become clearer and new beliefs set in place. ​​

3. Holistic Healthcare: Evolve and Elevate

The body gives us very helpful signals to show us where we are resisting or reacting and need to adapt. These signs and symptoms can be interpreted through understanding of physiological mind-body mechanisms, as well as the wider/external influences and internal complexities which occur within each person. Guidance sessions focus on developing a holistic overview of the self, finding solutions to any perceived weaknesses and building on personal strengths.

Internal vigilance exposed to repeated theme of verbal attack through humour - adaptation through "playing along" use of making light i.e. humour to mask/affirmations of "don't let them get you down"  - caught up in a behavioural cycle - cyclic or compulsive health issues understood through holistic pathophysiology, in this case through limited behaviours facilitated by the neurotransmitter dopamine, such as an addiction and/or muscular body spasm. Compulsion due to vigilance occurs in us all to some extent, depending on the messages we receive through the world around us during the course of our lives. This describes one way that an archetypal story can limit us. In sessions we work around archetypal themes, understanding how they have been uniquely characterised and played out within your own life story, the holistic pathophysiology and adapting to a position of seeing the psychological stories around us, understanding when and how they are triggered and how to transform/evolve them into healthy aspects which contribute positively.

Resolution through taking responsibility for health and complex behaviours. Reimagining what it means to be "lighthearted" - finding a sense of joy and taking action from a heart-centred place.

Realistic interpretation - Depth of the illness/person - over singular diagnosis

* Ultimately, finding purpose/direction, to directly oppose lost soul syndrome. Motivation, will, sense of self, individuality, gifts, spiritual/philosophical beliefs. Archetypal ambitions. 

Guidance Sessions

1. Complete a self-assessment form.
Through this process you will outline key aspects of yourself and may take the time to reflect on how the many parts reflect you as a whole. 

Completing a self-assessment form is essential before starting sessions, so that an evaluation may be made of suitability to guidance sessions.

2. Invitation to attend guidance sessions
Once a self-assessment form has been submitted and reviewed, you'll be contacted. Please allow 5 working days.

Session Details

Sessions are conducted online (using Zoom), last 90 minutes and cost £150. 
Sessions are usually every 2-3 weeks, to keep things progressing.

​

​A typical session will begin with a holistic health check, exploring any signs and symptoms which are currently presenting, to develop a holistic understanding. 

​

Sessions are adapted flexibly to orientate around whichever themes are relevant for you at that time.
